About Us
NECODE is a Community Based Organisation(CBO) operating in Tororo District with her headquarters in Nagongera Town Council, Plot 7, Katandi Road. It was started on the 1st March 2014, with an aim of bettering the lives of persons in vulnerable situation, particularly Women, Children and Youth, but not excluding men. At NECODE

Our core objective is to enhance collective development, transforming the lives of the most vulnerable persons in society, primarily targeting women, youth and children but not excluding men. We envisage a community where life is valued, women are empowered, youth are productive, children are protected and needs are met; with all the hope that changes lives.
